Airport
The Springfield-Branson National Airport (KSGF) provides service to five commercial airlines. The Springfield-Branson airport offers several bus, van and limousine shuttle services to the Chateau on the Lake.
Transportation
We are providing free shuttles to and from the airport and hotel. The shuttle on May 3 will run from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. It's three passenger vans that will be running so the wait should be no more than 20 to 30 minutes. On Wednesday, May 6, the shuttle begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. so plan your flights accordingly! You do not have to make shuttle reservations, but we ask that you provide your approximate arrival time so we can be prepared. The Chateau on the Lake provides driving directions from several locations. Parking at the hotel is free.
What to Wear
Conference dress is business casual. Tuesday's off-site event is casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly. For the Healthy Campus Fun Run/Walk, workout/exercise wear and athletic shoes are recommended.
Program Accessibility

Your contact hours at CUPA-HR's Midwest Region Conference 2009 may be accepted for recertification by other organizations. Be sure to keep appropriate materials, especially a copy of the final program, to document your attendance. A contact-hours sheet will be provided for your convenience. Complete and submit it to the association that provided your certification. CUPA-HR does not keep a copy. If you have any questions, contact your certifying organization.

Nonsmoking Policy
In accordance with CUPA-HR policy, smoking is prohibited at all CUPA-HR regional conference functions.

Branson is on Central Time. Average May temperatures for Branson are a high between 72-80° and a low between 49-58°.
