
Need to Update Your Membership Information?
You can update your individual information (title, phone number, mailing address and e-mail address) in your Member Profile, located in the Member Directory section of the Knowledge Center.
NOTE: To add or delete individuals on your institution roster, please complete the Add/Delete Form (allow up to one business day for changes to be processed).
If you have forgotten your Knowledge Center log-in information, simply click on the "Forgot your login?" link at the top of the Knowledge Center home page and type in the e-mail address CUPA-HR has on file for you. Your log-in information will be e-mailed to you within a few seconds.
You can also update your information by calling a CUPA-HR Member Service Representative toll free at 877-CUPA-HR4 (877-287-2474) or e-mailing memberservice@cupahr.org.
