To Add or Delete Representatives

Use the Add/Delete form to add new representatives or remove representatives by clicking on the button below. This form will e-mail your requested changes to the member service staff at the CUPA-HR national office. It does not automatically make the changes you are requesting. Please allow up to two business days for your changes to be processed and for added members to receive their User ID and Password.

Please note: All roster changes must be approved by the Key Representative at your organization. If you are not the Key Representative, we will forward your changes to the Key Rep for approval. Please allow extra processing time for this.

To see who is on your institution’s roster, log into the Member Directory and search by one of the “company” fields.

To Make Changes to Your Contact Information

To change your contact information, please log in and make the changes directly to your profile. If you are changing institutions, please call Member Service at 877-287-2474.
