The College & University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) is the only association focused on higher education workforce issues and the HR heroes behind them. We provide compensation data, professional development programs, workforce and compliance resources and access to a network of more than 14,000 experts in the field — our members! CUPA-HR also has a strong presence in Washington and is often sought out by legislators, regulators and other higher ed associations to provide the higher ed HR perspective.

In fact, membership in CUPA-HR is regarded as so valuable that more than 99 percent of our member institutions have been members for five or more years!
