Full registration for the CUPA-HR Public Policy Forum includes all educational sessions and meals (2 breakfasts, two lunches, refreshment breaks and reception) on Monday and Tuesday, February 11 and 12. One-day conference registrations also are available.

Registration Policies
- Registration is available on the Web. Payment is accepted by check, purchase order or credit card. You will be asked to select your method of payment before completing your registration.
- Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR and be mailed to CUPA-HR, Department 888204, Knoxville, TN 37995-8204.
- Purchase orders (POs) will be accepted from members only. The PO number will be requested to complete the registration form. You may fax purchase orders 24-hours a day to CUPA-HR at 865-637-7674.
- Registration is required for entry. If purchase orders are not paid before the event begins, the participant will be required to pay the regular fee on-site by credit card or check made payable to CUPA-HR.
- Registration is not open to corporate partners that are not program sponsors.
Substitutions
Substitutions will be accepted for individuals who register for the forum but are unable to attend. CUPA-HR will allow another individual from your institution to attend in your place. Notification of substitution is due by Friday, January 25, 2008.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted and an administrative fee will be assessed. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before January 25, 2008; a $75 fee will be charged for cancellations received between January 25 and February 1. Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellations are received after January 25.
No-Shows
No-Shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the seminar. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Advanced conference registration closes February 4. After that date, registration must be completed on-site at the conference.
