Registration Information

This registration form & rates listed apply to only higher education institutions and conference presenters. If you are not with a higher education institution or not a conference presenter, please contact corporatemembership@cupahr.org for direction on how to participate in this event.

Full registration for the CUPA-HR Emerging Issues Forum includes all educational forums and meals (two breakfasts, one lunch, refreshment breaks and reception) on Sunday, March 15, through Tuesday, March 17, 2009.

Registration Policies

  1. Registration is available on the Web. Payment is accepted by check, purchase order or credit card. You will be asked to select your method of payment before completing your registration.
  2. Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR and be mailed to CUPA-HR, Department 888204, Knoxville, TN 37995-8204.
  3. Purchase orders (POs) will be accepted from members only. The PO number will be requested to complete the registration form. You may fax purchase orders 24-hours a day to CUPA-HR at 865-862-2883.
  4. Registration is required for entry. Purchase orders must be paid by the early registration date (1/23/09) for the early registration fee to apply. Purchase orders paid after the early registration deadline will be rebilled at the regular rate. If purchase orders are not paid before the event begins, the participant will be required to pay the regular fee on-site by credit card or check made payable to CUPA-HR.
  5. Registration is not open to corporate partners that are not program sponsors.

Substitutions

Substitutions will be accepted for individuals who register for the forum but are unable to attend. CUPA-HR will allow another individual from your institution to attend in your place. Notification of substitution is due by Friday, March 6, 2009.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted and an administrative fee will be assessed. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before February 27, 2009; a $75 fee will be charged for cancellations received between February 27 and March 6. Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellations are received after March 6.

No-Shows

No-Shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the seminar. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Registration Fees

Advanced conference registration closes March 6. After that date, registration must be completed on-site at the conference.

Registration Options

Thank you for your interest in the Emerging Issues for Higher Education Workplace Forum. Advance registration is closed. However, we will be taking registration on-site at the forum. Registration will be located at the Grove Park Inn in front of the Heritage Ballroom. This desk will be open during the following hours:

  • Sunday, March 15 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Monday, March 16 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 17 7:00 a.m. to Noon
