John H. Fleming, Ph.D.
Principal and Chief Scientist for Customer Engagement and Human Sigma, Gallup Consulting
Since joining Gallup 15 years ago, John Fleming’s consulting insights have consistently helped the organization’s global clients improve customer engagement and enhance business performance. Under Fleming’s leadership, Gallup’s Customer Engagement and HumanSigma practices set worldwide standards for the organization’s brand measurement and customer engagement management applications. He was instrumental in the development of Gallup’s CE11 customer engagement program and also leads the organization’s Business Impact Analysis Consulting Group and serves as an internal and external consultant on issues related to research design, analysis and complex modeling.
Fleming also is an accomplished author. He co-wrote the book Human Sigma: Managing the Employee-Customer Encounter and has published more than 20 research articles and book chapters. Before joining Gallup, he spent six years as a faculty member in the psychology department at the University of Minnesota.
Fleming received his doctorate in social psychology and master’s in psychology from Princeton University and his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary.

McKee also co-authored the bestseller, Primal Leadership: Learning to Lead With Emotional Intelligence.
Named by Business Week as "the high priestess of executive coaching" and as one of the 100 Best Leaders of 2005, she works closely with senior management teams at international firms such as Reuters, UniCredit Banca, Starbucks and Merrill Lynch.
McKee received her doctorate in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University and her bachelor’s degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu.

W. Gardner Campbell, Ph.D.
Director of the Academy for Teaching and Learning, Baylor University
Before joining Baylor University, Gardner Campbell was a professor of English at the University of Mary Washington, where from 2003-06 he also served as assistant vice president for teaching and learning technologies. He has been involved in the teaching and learning technologies field for nearly 20 years, including work at the University of San Diego and the University of Richmond.
Gardner is a fellow of the Frye Leadership Institute and has served on program committees for EDUCAUSE and the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative. He also is a life member of the Milton Society of America, a former secretary of the Literature/Film Association and a contributing editor for Literature/Film Quarterly.
Gardner received his master’s and doctorate degrees in English from the University of Virginia and his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
