General Information

What to Wear

Conference dress is more business than casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; the hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly.

Program Accessibility

CUPA-HR seeks to accommodate all people with disabilities at this event. Please indicate your needs on the registration form or call (865) 637-7673, ext. 108, to discuss your needs.

Recertification

Your contact hours at CUPA-HR's Emerging Issues for the Higher Education Workplace Forum may be accepted for recertification by other organizations. Be sure to keep appropriate materials, especially a copy of the final program, to document your attendance. A contact-hours sheet will be available for your convenience. Complete and submit it to the association that provided your certification. CUPA-HR does NOT keep a copy. If you have any questions, contact your certifying organization.

Nonsmoking Policy

In accordance with CUPA-HR policy, smoking is prohibited at all CUPA-HR events. The Grove Park Inn has limited smoking rooms available and would like to advise you that a cleaning charge will be added for smoking in a non smoking room.

Statement Regarding Corporate Partner Relationships and Participation

CUPA-HR is grateful to its corporate partners and other organizations that contribute financial resources, as their support enhances member services and opportunities for learning and professional development. CUPA-HR reminds its members that corporate partnership or sponsorship does not constitute an endorsement of any company by CUPA-HR. Furthermore, the Association encourages its members to interact with corporate partners during events in adherence to their institutions' policies and practices regarding what they can and cannot receive from corporate partners during and outside CUPA-HR organized events.

CUPA-HR members are also advised to perform due diligence in the selection of any service or product.
