Sexual Harassment Moot Court
Jackson Lewis has teamed up with our NJ ACE-net & NJCUPA-HR legal talents to present a live Moot Court, dramatically enacting a trial based on a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by an upwardly mobile professional in higher education. After the judge hammers the gavel down, you will have the opportunity to deliberate with the "jury" at your table as you determine the defendant's fate.
This is as highly interactive as any program can get. You just can't miss this esteemed panel of labor lawyers, as they present their academy award-worthy performances.
Premiering Lines of Reasoning: Perspectives on Harassment in Higher Education, CUPA-HR's Training DVD On Harassment
As if a live Moot Court wasn't enough, we are pleased to be the first chapter of CUPA-HR in the nation to premiere the new training video on harassment. This tutored video depicts vignettes that are written and based on actual incidents that happened on the campuses of CUPA-HR members nationwide. This project has been in production for nearly four years, and was the most highly attended educational session at the CUPA-HR National Conference & Expo in St. Louis earlier this month.
