The popular Master Series is back and includes case studies of reinvented HR departments and inter-institutional collaborations, as well as legislative and regulatory issues that will impact the higher ed workplace. New this year is the CHRO Connections program with a focus for Eastern Region individuals that hold the top HR leadership roles at their institutions. These additional two sessions (pre-conference and an early morning prior to the opening keynote) will offer a chance to interact with a panel of experts (CHROs from Syracuse University, Cornell University, and the Connecticut State System) on the key present and the future issues facing higher education. The 2010 Eastern Region Conference in Washington, DC has been pre-approved by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) for 7.5 general credit hours towards your PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
