Airport
T. F. Green International Airport (PVD) provides service to nine commercial airlines. The airport is eight miles from The Westin Providence.

The Westin Providence provides driving directions from several locations. Parking at the hotel is $26.
What to Wear
Conference dress is business casual. Tuesday’s off-site event is business casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly. For the Healthy Campus Fun Run/Walk, workout/exercise wear and athletic shoes are recommended.

Your contact hours at CUPA-HR's Eastern Region Conference 2009 may be accepted for recertification by other organizations. Be sure to keep appropriate materials, especially a copy of the final program, to document your attendance. A contact-hours sheet will be provided for your convenience. Complete and submit it to the association that provided your certification. CUPA-HR does not keep a copy. If you have any questions, contact your certifying organization.

Nonsmoking Policy
In accordance with CUPA-HR policy, smoking is prohibited at all CUPA-HR regional conference functions.
