CUPA-HR offers several presentation opportunities throughout the year. All region and national presentation submissions must include a college or university co-presenter to receive consideration. Here is the annual presentation cycle and selection.

Regional Conferences (Four Conferences Each Spring)

The region conference calls for proposals typically opens in late August or early September and closes at the end of October for the next spring’s shows.

Annual Conference & Expo (One Conference Each Fall)

The Annual Conference and Expo call for proposals typically opens in mid to late November and closes in mid-January.

Chapter Meetings

CUPA-HR chapters and chapter meetings operate independently of the national office. If you are interested in presenting at a CUPA-HR chapter meeting, please contact the chair of the chapter(s).
