Each year, CUPA-HR’s conference attracts well-respected keynote speakers, presenters and participants. It is the premier gathering of HR leaders working in higher education. e-Learning

CUPA-HR has partnered with SkillSoft to bring continuing education to the fingertips of our members. Accessible to members through the CUPA-HR Knowledge Center, 25 highly relevant courses provide training on recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, compliance, employee relations, training and development, and HR management and leadership. Many of the offered courses are ideal preparation for Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Regional Conferences

All five CUPA-HR regions — Eastern, Southern, Midwest, Northwest and Southwest — conduct annual conferences in the spring or early summer. These events are coordinated by regional leaders and provide top quality educational programming and professional development opportunities within easy travel distance for institutions in each region.
