Airport Transportation

CUPA-HR has arranged a reduced rate of $30 per adult and $23 per child (regular round trip) for transportation to and from the airport via Mears Transportation Group. As the primary ground transportation provider at Orlando International Airport, Mears offers online reservations for transportation between the airport and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, site of the CUPA-HR Annual Conference and Expo 2011. You can book transportation for shared-ride shuttle services. To receive the discounted rate, simply download this special coupon and present a paper copy of the coupon to the Mears guest service agent at the airport.

Coupons shown to the agent from electronic devices such as laptops, tablet computers and smart phones will not be accepted. After you claim your luggage at the airport, go to the Mears Motor Shuttle service counter. You will find the Mears locations both on level two (baggage claim) open during peak times and level one (ground transportation). Simply present your voucher coupon to the Mears representative and they will issue you a shuttle ticket and direct you to the appropriate shuttle staging area outside level one. Please note that the shuttle is a shared ride shuttle and as such, you may incur a wait time of 20-30 minutes before departing the airport and could make up to four stops en route to your hotel.

Take the exit on I-4 W toward Tampa (4.7 miles)
Take exit 67 toward Epcot/Downtown Disney (1.1 miles)
Merge on Epcot Center Road (0.7 miles)
Take ramp to Epcot Resort Area (0.30 miles)
Merge onto Buena Vista Drive (0.2 miles)
Turn left onto Chelonia Parkway (0.1 miles)
