Registration Types

Full Registration: Full-conference registration fees for members and nonmembers cover all conference activities, including educational and social events, meals and entry to Expo 2011. Conference meals include two breakfasts, two lunches, three receptions and the Tuesday Celebration at Cuba Libre.

One-day Registration: These fees cover all meals and activities on the day for which you registered. The Tuesday event at Cuba Libre requires an additional fee.

*The CHRO Summit is intended for chief human resource officers (CHROs) at higher education institutions. Registrations for individuals who are not CHROs may be declined and refunded.

Registration Payment

Purchase orders must be paid and checks must be received by the advanced registration date for the discount to apply. If purchase orders/checks are not paid by the advanced registration deadline, they will be rebilled at the regular rate. Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR and sent to CUPA-HR, Dept. 888204, Knoxville, TN 37995-8204.

Registrations that still carry a balance due after registration closes on September 9 are considered cancellations and will be notified as such. Those registrations will be invoiced for the full cancellation fee of $100. Should the unpaid participant attend the conference, he/she will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check, but will no longer be subject to the cancellation fee. CUPA-HR is unable to accommodate exceptions.

Substitutions, Cancellations, No-Shows and Refunds

Substitutions can be made prior to September 9, and should be submitted in writing. A $25 fee is required.

Cancellations will be accepted until September 9, and an administrative fee of $100 will be assessed. Workshop cancellations must be received by September 9, and a $25 fee for each workshop will be assessed. Unfortunately, CUPA-HR will be unable to refund registration fees if cancellations are received after September 9.

No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
