Corporate Presenters

Corporate presenters are required to co-present with an HR practitioner. If you have changes to your co-presenter information, please send those to schristensen@cupahr.org.

Corporate Presenter Registration

Badge registration is open at https://www.mra-services.com/vendorforms. You must register by August 31.

• Badges are non-transferrable. Exhibitors may only use the exhibitor badge form to register representatives employed by the exhibiting company. Exhibitors may NOT use the exhibitor badge form to register any higher ed institutional participant or presenter.
• Presenters with exhibiting companies should register using the badge form as part of the booth staff. For registration assistance, please contact exhibits.info@mra-services.com or call MRA Services at 425-420-1680.
• If you would like to pay the registration fee for your higher ed co-presenter, please e-mail the registrar at bhumphrey@cupahr.org or call 865-637-7673.
