What to Pack
Conference dress is business casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly. Workout/exercise wear and athletic shoes are recommended for the Healthy Campus Fun Run/Walk. The dress for Tuesday’s celebration is casual.

Recertification
The CUPA-HR Annual Conference and Expo 2011 has been submitted for pre-approval by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) for credit hours toward your PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification. Your contact hours at CUPA-HR’s Annual Conference and Expo 2011 may be accepted for recertification by other organizations.
Be sure to keep appropriate materials, especially a copy of the final program, to document your attendance. A contact-hours sheet will be distributed on Tuesday, September 27 near the end of the conference. CUPA-HR does NOT keep a copy. If you have any questions, contact your certifying organization.
Photography and Video
A professional photographer and videographer working for CUPA-HR will be present at various events and sessions. Photographs and video footage taken may be incorporated into the conference and used in promotional materials for CUPA-HR.
No recording or photography is permitted during educational sessions at the CUPA-HR Annual Conference and Expo 2011 without the prior written consent of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.
Nonsmoking Policy
In accordance with CUPA-HR policy, smoking is prohibited at all CUPA-HR Annual Conference functions.

CUPA-HR reminds its members that corporate partnership or sponsorship does not constitute an endorsement of any company by CUPA-HR.
Furthermore, the Association encourages its members to interact with corporate partners during events in adherence to their institutions' policies and practices regarding what they can and cannot receive from corporate partners during and outside CUPA-HR organized events.
CUPA-HR members are also advised to perform due diligence in the selection of any service or product.
