Transportation

Taxi fare is $33 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) for one or two persons and $14 (per passenger) for three or more passengers. CUPA-HR has made arrangements with Airport Shuttle for a reduced rate for conference attendees who book shuttle service online in advance. Service is available from the airport to the Hilton New Orleans Riverside for $20 (per person, one-way) or $37 (per person, round-trip). Three bags are allowed per person. To receive the discounted rate, you must book in advance — at least 24 hours prior to your flight departure time — through Airport Shuttle’s website. Advance reservations are required 48 hours prior to travel for all ADA accessible transfers. Please call in advance for the specially-equipped shuttle to be reserved. For group reservations of 50 or more people, or to change an existing reservation please call (866) 596-2699. Ticket booths are located on the lower level of the airport in the baggage claim area.

From Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to the conference hotel, take Interstate-10 Downtown/East/Slidell, exiting at Poydras St. Turn right onto Poydras St., following Poydras south to its end at the hotel’s front circle drive entrance.
