This registration form and rates listed apply to only higher education institutions and conference presenters. If you are not with a higher education institution or not a conference presenter, please contact exhibits@cupahr.org for directions on how to participate in this event.

Advanced Registration Ends September 10

Full registration for the CUPA-HR Annual Conference and Expo 2010 includes all educational sessions and events with the exception of the preconference workshops. One-day conference registrations are available, but do not include the Wednesday night Celebration at Generations Hall.

Full-conference registration fees for members and nonmembers cover all conference activities, including educational and social events, meals and entry to Expo 2010. Conference meals include two breakfasts, two lunches, three receptions and the Wednesday Celebration at Generations Hall.

One-day registration fees for Tuesday and Wednesday are available for members and nonmembers. These fees cover all meals and activities for that day. The Wednesday event at Generations Hall requires an additional fee.

Registration Options

Registration for the CUPA-HR Annual Conference & Expo 2010, has closed. Please make plans to attend and register for the conference on-site.

Registration Payment

Your payment by check, credit card or purchase order must accompany your registration form.

Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR.

Purchase orders must be paid and checks must be received by the early registration date for the early discount to apply. If purchase orders/checks are not paid by the early registration deadline, they will be rebilled at the regular rate.

Individuals with unpaid purchase orders one week before the conference are considered unregistered and will not be included on the participant list or have a prepared name badge on-site. The participant will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check. CUPA-HR is unable to accommodate exceptions.

Substitutions, Cancellations, No-shows and Refunds

Substitutions can be made prior to September 1, and should be submitted in writing. A $25 fee is required.

Cancellations will be accepted until September 1, and an administrative fee of $100 will be assessed. Workshop cancellations must be received by September 1, and a $25 fee for each workshop will be assessed. Unfortunately, CUPA-HR will be unable to refund registration fees if cancellations are received after September 1.

No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
