Door Prize Drawings

Offer a Door Prize at Your Booth!

Offering a door prize at your booth will attract conference attendees to speak with you. During the Expo, simply collect business cards at your booth in a bowl, basket, etc. CUPA-HR will promote the prize drawing in conference literature. Prize winners should be posted at the prize board in the expo for winners to claim their prizes.

Grand Prize Passport Game

2009 exhibitors asked for it and CUPA-HR listened. This year attendees will travel their way through the expo to visit each and every booth as they collect stamps in their passport. This is a new and improved passport, for those of you who remember this game from previous years.

When you visit the on-site exhibitor registration desk to pick up your name badge and materials, you will also be given a stamp to mark attendee passports at your booth. Each attendee is given a grand prize game passport and will visit booths to fill in the blank spaces of their passport booklet. Exhibitors are given different stamps, and attendees must visit each booth to complete their passport booklet.

Once the attendee has traveled to every booth and collected a book full of stamps, they will turn it into the CUPA-HR National Office booth. Completed passports will then be put into a drawing to win the grand prize, which is a free trip and registration to next year’s conference. The grand prize drawing will be held during lunch on Wednesday.

Rules:

• Exhibitors may give out only one stamp per attendee passport.
• Exhibitors and corporate presenters are not eligible to win the grand prize.
