Full registration for the CUPA-HR National Conference and Expo 2009 includes all educational sessions and events with the exception of the pre-conference workshops held on Monday, October 19. One-day conference registrations are available, but do not include the Wednesday night Party at Margaritaville.
Full-conference registration fees for members and nonmembers cover all conference activities, including educational and social events, meals and entry to Expo 2009. Conference meals include two breakfasts, two lunches, three receptions and the Wednesday Party at Margaritaville.
Please keep in mind while completing the registration and making your travel arrangements, that the conference program begins on Monday, October 19 and ends on Wednesday, October 21.
One-day registration fees for Monday and Tuesday are available for members and nonmembers. These fees cover all meals and activities for that day. The Wednesday event at Margaritaville is extra.
Save More with Group Registrations
Members registering from the same member institution qualify for a discount. The first registrant pays full price and any additional registrants receive the discounted rate.

Registration Payment
Your payment by check, credit card or purchase order (P.O.) must accompany your registration form.
Checks must be made payable to CUPA-HR.
Purchase orders must be paid and checks must be received by the early registration date for the early fee to apply. If purchase orders/checks are not paid by the early registration deadline, they will be rebilled at the regular rate.
Individuals with unpaid purchase orders on October 5 are not registered and will not be included on the participant list or receive a name badge. In addition, the participant will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check. No exceptions will be made.
Substitutions, Cancellations, No-shows and Refunds
Substitutions can be made prior to September 28, and must be submitted in writing. An administrative fee of $20 wil be charged.
Cancellations will be accepted, and an administrative fee will be assessed. A $100 fee will be charged for conference cancellations received on or before September 28. The workshop cancellation fee is $25 for each workshop. Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellations are received after September 28.
No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
