Keep the conference healthy and sanitized with this unique sponsorship. Sponsoring the Hand Sanitizer Stations gives great exposure with an appreciation from the attendees for concern over their well-being. CUPA-HR will setup custom-branded hand sanitation stations throughout the conference featuring your logo on the sanitizer bottle as well as the signage. We will also offer sanitizers at the opening of each luncheon.

Pre-Conference Workshop
New! Pre-conference Workshop — $5,000
Sponsor our always popular pre-conference workshop titled “Understanding Higher Education.” This workshop is consistently sold out each year. The workshop focuses on the unique environment of higher education and human resources’ unique challenges within it. This half day workshop is typically presented by past presidents of CUPA-HR.

Conference Padfolios
Conference Padfolios — $13,000
Enhance your presence with each participant during and long after the event with our exclusive conference padfolio. Your company will be recognized the moment attendees register and receive this useful keepsake padfolio for taking notes during the conference and for months to come. Your company logo appears along with the CUPA-HR logo on the front of the item, thus receiving recognition every time the padfolio is used.

Online Concurrent Session Handouts
Online Concurrent Session Handouts — $5,000
One of CUPA-HR’s green initiatives! We provide our
conference attendees the educational session handouts online to print (if they wish) before coming to the conference. Community College Initiative
Community College Initiative — $7,500
This is actually a year-round sponsorship that is recognized and celebrated at the national conference each year. This initiative began in 2007 with founding partner Datatel and corporate sponsor VALIC, and we are seeking one more sponsor this year. This is a key strategic initiative focused on attracting community college and two-year institutions as members. Happy Hour in the Expo
Happy Hour in the Expo — $6,000
Attendees will unwind and enjoy cocktails and nibbles at this event that is perfectly timed after the end of the day’s sessions. This is a great way to start off the attendees’ evening on the only “open” conference night — use this as the ideal precursor to a dinner or reception with your clients. Cocktail napkins featuring the sponsor’s logo will be provided by CUPA-HR.

Opening Reception Co-Sponsorship

This two-hour reception kicks off the first opening of the expo. It is held Monday evening following the opening session in the exhibit hall. This social event for all conference participants provides a forum for colleagues to greet and mingle with exhibitors and each other informally; no program is held. Refreshments include an open bar (beer, wine and
soft drinks) and a delicious assortment of food with portions large enough to be dinner. Cocktail napkins featuring the sponsor’s logo will be provided by CUPA-HR. The other co-sponsor of this event is Guidant Group.

Gala Entertainment Co-Sponsorship
Gala Entertainment Co-Sponsorship — $7,500
Co-sponsor the special networking gala entertainment. The gala is the crescendo of each year’s conference. This well-attended event has been held at the Olympic Oval in Salt Lake City, the Kennedy Library in Boston and the City Museum in St. Louis, just to name a few. Past years’ entertainment has included high-energy bands, dueling pianos, comedians and more. Also co-sponsoring this event is PeopleAdmin.

Door Drop, Peak Night
Door Drop, Peak Night — $5,000
Extend your marketing reach to the attendees’ hotel rooms. By participating in this sponsorship, one piece of your promotional literature will be delivered directly to the doors of CUPA-HR attendees at the Rio. Your promo will be polybagged with an issue of Diverse: Issues in Higher Education. Sponsor is responsible for supplying the materials to CUPA-HR. All materials must be pre-approved by CUPA-HR.

Networking Wristbands
Networking Wristbands — $3,500

Talk about branding — imagine your company name worn by each attendee! Upon picking up their badge, the attendees will also be offered the opportunity to network through their wristbands. Each wristband color represents a different HR functional role. For example, red wristbands for CHRO, blue wristbands for Benefits, yellow for Compensation/Classification and so on. These wristbands will help attendees quickly identify their peers who perform similar functions on other campuses. Furthermore, you will be able to quickly identify participants at your booth by the color of their wristband(s).
