Registration Policies

Full registration for the CUPA-HR National Conference and Expo 2008 includes all educational sessions and events with the exception of the pre-conference workshops held on Sunday, October 12. One-day conference registrations are available, but do not include the Tuesday night gala event at City Museum.

Full-conference registration fees for members and nonmembers cover all conference activities, including educational and social events, meals and entry to the Exhibit Hall. Conference meals include two breakfasts, two lunches, three receptions and the Tuesday Gala at City Museum.

One-day registration fees for Monday and Tuesday are available for members and nonmembers. These fees cover all meals and activities for that day. The Tuesday event at City Museum is extra.

This registration form & rates listed apply to only higher education institutions and conference presenters. If you are not with a higher education institution or not a conference presenter, please contact exhibits@cupahr.org for direction on how to participate in this event.

Registration Information Changes

If you have already registered and need to change your registration information, you can access the 2008 National Conference and Expo registration site to make any changes.

Registration Payment

UT Conferences will accept and process CUPA-HR National Conference and Expo 2008 registrations. Your payment by check or credit card must accompany your registration form.

Checks must be made payable to UT Conferences-CUPA-HR NCON08.

Individuals with unpaid purchase orders one week before the conference are not registered and will not be included on the participant list or receive a name badge. In addition, the participant will be required to pay the on-site fee by credit card or check made out to UT Conferences-CUPA-HR NCON08. No exceptions will be made.

Substitutions, Cancellations, No-shows and Refunds

Substitutions will be accepted and assessed an $18 fee for individuals who register for the conference but are unable to attend. CUPA-HR will allow another individual from your institution to attend the conference in your place. Notification of substitution is due by September 29.

Cancellations will be accepted, and an administrative fee will be assessed. A $50 fee will be charged for conference cancellations received on or before September 29; a $75 fee will be charged for cancellations received between September 30 and October 10. The workshop cancellation fee is $25 for each workshop. Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellations are received after October 10.

No-shows occur when individuals register but do not attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
