In an effort to more effectively manage our hotel room block, we are limiting advance hotel reservations to those attendees who have registered to attend the conference. Upon completing your electronic conference registration, you will receive access to the hotel's reservation site. If you complete a hard copy of our registration form, please know that the receipt of hotel information will be delayed due to processing time. All registration confirmation letters and hotel information will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. Please note that all reservations require a first night deposit by credit card. Any reservation canceled after August 31 will forfeit the deposit. No exceptions will be made. Only one room can be reserved under one name.
