For more than 40 years, CUPA-HR has been honoring excellence in higher education human resources. Our awards recognize service and commitment to CUPA-HR and innovation in the profession. Recipients are nominated by their peers, their regions, their chapters or association leaders.

A commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is essential to achieving excellence for our association and its member institutions. The Inclusion Cultivates Excellence Award has been created to recognize and celebrate institutional initiatives and programs that have made a significant impact with respect to inclusive and equitable workplace practices, particularly those that have brought about cultural change throughout the organization. The institution selected for the award will receive not only national recognition, but also a $5,000 contribution to its endowment.
